Blueberry yoghurt is blue food the natural way. I like to use blueberries in yoghurt because they are so delicious and delicate (and expensive so no point hiding them in other purees).

Nutrition Note: sweeten natural or greek yoghurt with seasonal fresh fruit to avoid added sugar found in store-bought fruit yoghurts. It’s also much cheaper than buying children’s individual tubs.

Hi there, does the yogurt keep as long as the date on the natural yogurt tub or would it be sooner given it has fruit in it?

I would mix the blueberry through it fresh, so you could freeze the blueberry mix in small portions and add it when you need it. Ax
