Do you ever get stuck for ideas when you have a block of tofu? Or maybe you don’t use tofu at all because you don’t know what to do with it? Tofu on it’s own is quite bland and not something you would think could appeal to kids – but tofu is a wonderful flavour carrier and a great source of protein, calcium and iron. When we get stuck for inspiration, there’s no better inspiration than the community of One Handed Cooks on our Facebook page.
