Love these ideas! As a Holistic Family Coach I see how many parents struggle with getting their kids to eat healthy. I know how important it is to start get them eating healthy at an early age and encourage my clients to do the same. In today’s world parents often falter due to lack of time and what is convenient, buying packaged/pre-made toddler foods seems easier than preparing homemade options. Having a list like this adds back in almost the same level of convenience. This will be a handy tool to give parents to use. Thanks! check out my new post on how baking is a great way to teach patience. http://www.harmonioushouseholds.com/healthy-living/a-lesson-in-the-art-of-patience-how-teaching-kids-to-bake-is-the-key-ingredient/
