Honey Carrot Chips

I would very happily gobble these up for afternoon tea so it’s no surprise Harry loves them. They remind me of honey glazed carrots mum used to make us when we were kids. Crispy, sweet and classic, what’s not to love?

These are perfect when you are out and about with your kids and need a to buy a few more minutes.

(I left mine in a minute too long in this pic, go for golden not black – ha).

They’re best eaten fresh or on the same day stored in an airtight container 🙂 Ax
