Ricotta, Salmon and Corn Pasta

This was Harry’s lunch yesterday, I needed to use up the ricotta and the salmon has been staring at me for a while. It is so simple but the flavour was lovely.
It’s always nice to have a bit of fresh food in amongst the frozen.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup cooked corn kernels
- ¼ cup ricotta
- ½ small tin of salmon
- 1 cup cooked pasta spirals (I used soy brown pasta)
Method
Step 1
Stir the salmon, ricotta and corn through the pasta while it is still warm -
Step 2
Mash and spoon feed for younger babies or let the older ones feed themselves -
