Chicken and Pear/Apricot Puree

We are starting to get a little more adventurous now. Meat. If Harry is anything like his father this chicken will be tossed aside in favour of a sirloin steak with hot english mustard. This will do for now.
Ingredients
- 1 small chicken breast (around 150g)
- ½ cup water
- 1 pear, peeled/cored and chopped
- 2 apricot, stone removed
- ¼ cup water
Method
Step 1
Steam chicken in a saucepan with ½ cup water until cooked and soft -
Step 2
While chicken is cooling, place pear and apricot in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of water, bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 10 mins -
Step 3
Cool, then puree together -

Hi, chicken isn’t in the ingredient list. I’m assuming it’s one breast?
