Henry and I used to fight constantly about whose turn it was to do the weekly food shop. We would each list reasons as to why it was the other persons turn. Then we discovered that the supermarket delivers. Yesssss. So every Sunday night we discuss what needs to be on the list, I try and sneak as much bad food on the list (lollies, chips, etc.) and he annoyingly takes them off. So when the delivery arrives, there is nothing bad good to eat.

So I bake. The wonderful housewife loophole.

Just made these using almond meal instead of coconut (purely because I was out of coconut) & got a pretty tasty result too!

It’s soo delicious ! My family loves it. This is the best recipe i have ever tried and definitely a keeper. Thank you. It’s a bit too sweet for me, but not a problem, will adjust the sugar to my liking and depends on the banana.
