Parsnip has a very strong flavour and smell, so I was sure Harry wouldn’t go for it. I personally don’t like it, but Henry loves it. I offered it to Harry yesterday for lunch and he couldn’t get enough. Daddy wins.

Tip: Add a bit of puree apple if your baby isn’t too keen on the flavour.

Tip: Include some cooked diced carrot to change consistency as bub gets older.
