Salmon Sandwiches

I think Harry is starting to prefer finger food than the mush. So I tried a few sandwiches today. Such a success, ate the whole lot. Nothing more satisfying that seeing him demolish a completely healthy meal with no poking, prodding or distraction theatre.

Ingredients
- 1tbs cooked salmon, fresh or tinned
- ¼ avocado
- 2 slices of fresh wholemeal bread
Method
Step 1
Fork mash the avocado and salmon together and paste on the bread -
Step 2
Cut off the crusts and cut into fingers -

Made this today for Daniel’s lunch – huge success. And I agree – very satisying watching them devour something so healthy. I added some lemon juice to stop the avocado from going brown as I had to prepare them a bit earlier.
