Hi I have tried this recipe yesterday. the pick n mix option i chosen Kiwi and Mango. To be very honest we don’t like this smoothie. It was bitter in taste. not sure why? Chia seeds i added straight. do we need to wash the chia seeds then add? please advise how can i make this recipe without bitter taste.
thanks

Great Recipe! We made this with seasonal raspberries & strawberries (that were on special!) and chucked in some ice for good measure. Needless to say, my 2 year old and I drank it all up ^^

Hi is there a way to make these without the banana and still make it filling? My little man vomits banana.
