Thai chicken rissoles

Our Thai chicken rissoles are a toddler friendly and familiar way to introduce the fragrant flavours of the delightfully delicious thai green curry paste. Given the chance children will often enjoy stronger flavours used from natural herbs and spices. Try adding herbs and spices to their meals leaving the chilli out – you can add this to your meal afterwards.

Hi, just wondering when you say “thai green curry paste for kids”, is there a paste that is sold for kids?

First time I made these, they were a massive hit with my 17 month old. Just made them with a few added ingredients (grated red pepper, grated carrot and grated zucchini plus half a tin of chickpeas) and he is stuffing his face! A great recipe, thank you.

MMMM… these are so good and so easy! I added some coriander as I love it, but it probably doesn’t need it as its flavorsome enough!
