{{More Teff Tribe Recipes Here}}

Have you heard of teff? It’s the latest ancient grain to hit the scene and for it’s teeny tiny size it sure packs a nutritious punch – especially for kids. {You can read more about all the good stuff teff has to offer on our website, plus how to cook it, how to use it, where to buy it.} It’s very versatile in your everyday cooking and teff is often used in place of quinoa or rice. We were quick to put teff to the test in one of our favourite recipes using quinoa – our Chicken, Halloumi and Quinoa Balls.

Verdict: Light, flavourful, and deee-licious! Sure to be a favourite with your kids.

Nutrition Note: Teff is high in protein, rich in quality carbohydrates and offers plenty of iron, calcium and many other essential nutrients growing kids need to stay healthy and happy.
