Did you know you can make a whole lot more than a muffin in a muffin tin? Do you ever get stuck for ideas when you want to feed your kids nice and simple homemade finger foods? We’ve noticed that some older babies and toddlers go through a phase when they like to start feeding themselves. So how do you ensure they have a nutritious finger food full of goodness that keeps them full? Often, we adapt main family meals for toddlers by rolling them into balls, or cooking them in a muffin tin. Simple genius. You can see many more adaptions of family meals to finger food in the 1 meal 3 ways chapter of our new magazine.

When we get stuck for inspiration there’s no one better to ask than the community of One Handed Cooks on our Facebook page << join us today.
